They include a fresh focus on personal goal setting, relationships, mental/emotional health skills, obstacle identification, and removal. Getting beyond victimhood, blame shifting and any associated sense of powerlessness or despair is the aim. There is also emphasis on identifying your own natural strengths and weaknesses.
